AISLE SEAT 2.0.55
By Marc Mason
Preview Night was tonight.
I usually spend about ten minutes inside Preview Night before my aggravation level hits maximum and I want to flee. But tonight was different. It felt… calm, I guess. It was tolerable. People weren’t hideous.
Except for con security, of course. If you’ve ever wondered what high school drop outs do in order to feel powerful, I can tell you for certain that they work for Elite. And they seem to be dropping out earlier and earlier every year.
Today was: fun lunch at an Irish pub, heading off to meet friends that had just flown in, getting my badge, spending time on the floor, and then heading off for a quick bite before BarCon kicked in.
BarCon was, as usual, the best part of the day. I am very lucky to know such great people, and to have them continue introducing new great people on a consistent basis, which happened to me both day and night on this Wednesday.
Tomorrow the real work begins.
